Launched on 29th<\/sup>\u00a0March 2001, the East of England Energy Group (EEEGR) is a trade body representing the energy sector and its supply chain in the East of England.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n With over 200 member businesses ranging from large developers spanning multiple countries through to local supply chain businesses employing just a few people, our goal is to represent the entirety of the region\u2019s energy sector across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, no matter how large or how small.<\/p>\n\n We are committed to delivering value to our members, from networking opportunities to new business opportunities through to the development of the region skillset through a comprehensive programme of events and activities. <\/p><\/div>\n\n Introducing our Five Core Principles for Energy in the East of England.<\/p>\n\n EEEGR are starting on a new path to really push forward with renewable energy in the east of England, and at the same time be very conscious of each of the five principles, along with pushing equality, diversity, and inclusion. <\/p><\/div>\n\n This is a rallying cry for all stakeholders in the energy industry in the east of England to really collaborate together and bring growth and prosperity to the region, whilst protecting the environment. We must not forget the importance of each of the energy sectors, including natural gas & the grid as we transition to net zero carbon emissions. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\n
